Hello, I want to connect the Xiaomi 360° Camera on My Cloud Home Duo device and enable the camera to automatically transfer the recordings it receives to My Cloud. There is “MYCLOUD-XXXXX” in the NAS settings of the camera. When I select the device from there and enter the e-mail password, it asks for the recording folder. There are two files, “Public” and “TimeBackMachine”. However, whichever I choose, I still cannot view the records. Thanks in advance to those who help.
