Wrong product for same serial number

Hi,

While I tried to register my new WD Pro 8TB WD8003FFBX NAS Drive, However it got registered as HGST 8TB 0B36452 drive with no warranty. Both drive share same serial number. How to resolve this?

You say new, where did you purchase it and is it new/never used?

Hi @ cat0w , the HDD is new and I purchased it online in Italy just a week ago. I attach picture for more info.
