Wrong power adapter used

Hello everyone,

I recently moved to a new apartment. I then used the wrong power adapter ( 29 V - 750 mA) for my WD My Cloud Home (4TB).
Since then there is a white strobe light (which indicates a wrong adapter), even after I changed to the correct adapter. (not 100% sure)

Did I broke my device or is there any chance to reset the device without losing the data?
