Wrong driver download? Installs "Intuito" driver

I have a 2 TB mybook essentials 2.0 which I have had no issues with until just recently. I have had it connected to my PC via usb for several months and rarely ever disonnected it from my desktop. However,  recently I needed to move my desktop and disconnected the drive from the usb port.  When I hooked it back up, my computer could not find the driver, and automatically insalled a new “Intuito” driver. I get meeasge that the device is ready for use, but does not recognize the drive as connected to any usb ports. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Try updating the firmware it maybe corrupt.
