Would like to setup G-speed Q as time machine for several computers and also use with pc. Is this possible?

In order to use the drive as a Time Machine backup device it has to be formatted like it is out of the box, Mac OS Extended. To use on a PC you would have to reformat it so you would not be able to keep it as a Time Machine backup device.
