World Book and SBS Sverver 2008 help

I’m looking for someone to help me with a problem I am having with WD World Book and a SBS 2008 server.  I would like to use WD World book as a backup disk, but unfortunately I can’t get it to work. I’m not a computer expert, so I would need someone to give me step-by-step instructions either via Skype or over the phone.
