I bought a WD Passport Pro for the purpose of photo backup. It says in the instructions that it is supposed to be able to copy from a card reader without a computer. However, I can’t get to copy anything from the card reader. So far WD support has been useless in solving this problem. Next, the My Cloud app won’t connect it keeps telling me that my password is incorrect and will not let change passwords in case I am using the wrong password. It also won’t let me open a new account. So it won’t even connect my cellphone to the drive. If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this problem I would really like to hear them.
