This replacement unit does not show (not listed) to be connected to PC Windows 10 wireless/internet and does not show up as a drive in Devices… Tried to follow all instructions and just going round in circles getting nowhere.
All lights on, fully charged, just cannot get to first base. No Dashboard, no recognition that unit exists.
Any suggestions.
