Wireless not holding connect to PC

I have a My Passport Wireless that was working fine till recently. Now with my Mac, I can use it. By with my PC, it only holds the WiFi connection to the PC briefly. Then the PC goes right back to its default connection within seconds. Can you help?

Hi dbarash,

Try to reboot My Passport Wireless device and connect with your PC for same issue. If you connect My Passport Wireless using USB, it will cause Wi-Fi connected devices to lose connection to the drive.

I already did a restore and it is still happening.

You should contact WD’s Technical Support team about this concern. They may have some technical troubleshooting in order to resolve this.
