Windows Security is asking for login details on MYBOOKLIVE

How do I find them?

Hi all.

I’ve just started getting a message that Windows Security needs the log in “credentials” for MYBOOKLIVE and I have not a clue what they are. I probably set something up when I first installed the drive a couple of years ago?

Any clues on how to retrieve or reset these details.

PS: I could access it this morning but can’t this afternoon???

Have you tried resetting the unit?

If you have any security to access your PC, please try using that username and password.
