Hello,

i am not able to access mycloud shared folders from windows network although mycloud device is connected on the same wifi. when i click on my computer and then network i get to see mycloud device however i can only open the web page for the dashboard and not getting to shared folders.

i urgently need help on this appreciate it

You need to install WD Discovery and log in. MCH unfortunately does not use standard network sharing technologies.
