Windows 7 will not back up to network mybooklive

windows asks for username / password for network credentials to network location which is listed as MYBOOKLIFE.
Which username and password is requested ?
The MyBookLive router ?
The User or Share ?

All tried, none work.
Win 7 Ultimate allows for network backup but necessitates password protected file destination.

Can you help please !

Which username and password is requested ? Have you tried using the username and password for the user of the computer? If not, please try that.
