I just installed Windows 7 on a computer formally running Vista. My WD My Cloud is attached but not visible. What do I need to do to access it again?

The My Cloud is attached to WHAT? And how, Ethernet or USB, is it attached to what ever it is attached to?

Does the Windows 7 PC have its network connection configured for both private network and NetBIOS over TCP/IP?
