Windows 7 disconnects MBWE

Hi all

I have a network setup with  Xp pro. Also I have a Virtual Machine with Win 7. At any time when I connect the wIN7 VM and go back to my XP the connection to the network drives is lost. The only way to reconnect the drives is that I have to disonnect the drive(s), in windows explorer, shut down the machine, unplug the MBW(power and network), restart the machine XP and connect the power and network cable. Of course I have to remap the drives with the WD discovery setup.

Has anyone else come accros this problem with Win7 and XP Pro?

All firmware is up to date.

I think that the issue here is with the Virtual Machine, I could be wrong.

It is better if  contact  WD’s Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.
