When I access MyCloud Mirror with Windows File Explorer I get what seems a normal listing showing 2 users, Public, SmartWare and TimeMachineBackup.
If I select Public I get Shared Documents, Shared Music, Shared Pictures, Shared Video AND Public again.
So far I have clicked through several iterations and get \WDMYCLOUDMIRROR\Public\Public\Public\Public\Public\Public\Public\Public
I recently copied all files out to a My Passport and all is correct.
Can anybody advise? TIA
Hi JohnPonting,
Maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this.

The link below will allow you to call support.
See a list of Support contact phone numbers from around the world.
Please note that this is the contact page for support, not the corporate page for contacting Western Digital, which includes information on sales and product inquiries.
I clicked to generate a report to Support. Still waiting for some response.

In case the “Attach system diagnostic report and request support” didn’t work, I am trying again. So far it has been sitting on ‘Updating’ for more than 10 minutes and hasn’t yet asked me to complete a support request.
OK so I assume the Update System Report completed as it returned me to the login box
