when i am trying to browse to my files its very slow and sometimes not responding
how can i fix it??
p.s. on win 7 it was all ok
p.s. 2 the transfer speed on win 10 is very good

Does this happen on a particular share on the unit or is it on all the shares?
yes on all shares but other is a little bit faster
i am on the latest fw
You may want to use Steps Recorder to show what is happening and then forward that to WD.
