Windows 10 Error code 0x80070035

I Have a My cloud Ex2 Ultra and on one computer running Windows 10 Home the device is accessable and on the new Dell Laptop running Windows 10 pro version 10.0.19042 pro… The NAS device is showing in file explorer on the laptop but when I try to access the device I get 0x80070035 errors. Has anyone got a solution|?
