Previously I am able to see the Family folder from the window explorer but suddenly it does not show the family folder.
From the web based it shows the family folder under shared.
How do it maybe it show the family folder in Window explorer?

Currently, It only shows the family folder to device owner. Everyone else is only able to access it thru the Web app, the Android app or the IOS app. WD decided that user desires are no important.
