Win 10 laptop dropping connection

Hi,

I’ve recently upgraded my internet and received a new router from the isp. Only since plugging in the new router i seem to be having problems opening and saving files on the WD MBLD. Generally, I can open the file, but when i make changes and try to save it it says it’s open by someone else and won’t save!
It’s not. Tried the read write setting but it won’t let me change them.
Getting very annoying!
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you try to restart the PC and did a reset to the device?
