Hi I received an email saying I need to update the firmware otherwise it will not work after June 30 2021. As directed I checked it was on and connected to the internet before unplugging it for a minute or so then replugging back in. I never stayed around to see what happened but when I looked again the next day their was no power / lights on. I have tested the power supply which is working fine. I have also tried an alternative power supply but it’s still dead. Any help would be appreciated.
