Will not connect when I am away from home

I am trying to find out if I did something wrong, but when I leave home and want to connect to my icloud mirror it says that unable to connect what setting have I not checked

Hello,

Check the settings on the unit and make sure that the remote access is enable.

Also, check the settings on your router to see if the firewall is blocking the connection.
