Use Mycloud in China

Hi , I add another 2 users in China, but, they can’t access the login to Mycloud (showing: can’t connect to WDMycloud) ? is there any setting change can be covered this problem? or its blocked ? thanks

Thank you for the friendly welcoming to the community… I was under the impression the USB is was for additional HDD and you can’t connect directly to the computer directly via USB. Are you referring to connecting the computer ethernet to the mycloud’s ethernet? Could you clarify more? BTW, the front panel LED is has a blue solid color. The DNLA server managed to servered out two images I had placed there when I was in the US, but the Samba network is not responding as well as th…
