Use Mycloud in China

Hi ,

I add another 2 users in China, but, they can’t access the login to Mycloud (showing: can’t connect to WDMycloud) ? is there any setting change can be covered this problem? or its blocked ?

yes! mycloud is blocked in china.
I found wd support always replies in useless ways. It’s like a patient ask a doctor to check why his eye is bleeding,the doctor then checks his weight and teeth.
