will My Net N750 work with My book 3tb and 2tb?

I have a

usb 2TB essential

and

usb 3TB My Book

they are both  formated in NTFS

can i plug tem both into the My Net N750 and will they work? dlna and all? the 2tb is full so thats why I bought the 3tb
