I installed a My Passport Ultra and everything seems to work good except Windows File History does not recognize the disk. I have ran all the software updates, manually copied files and successfully ran Norton backup, but File History will not work, Is this problem because I have Windows 10? Anyway to fix the problem?
Hi, unfortunately I have never tried to use Windows File History. Lets see if one of the more knowledgeable users can provide some guidance in this.
