Why this app is not available in JP App Store? Equivalent app is available but it hasn’t been updated over 2 years already and not compatible with iOS 11. Please help.

Which application are you referring to ?
I am referring to “MY Cloud Mobile” for iOS. This app is not available in JP App Store. I downloaded equivalent App called “WD Cloud” in JP app store but does not work with iOS11.
