Why is it chattering on the network

this is wierd.  I see two computers in my office with traffic being used on my network card.

WDDRiveService.EXE - comp2.office.local and comp3.office3.local.   No one is using this software.  Why is it chattering on the network.  Is it sending my keystrokes to WesternDigital?  Send B/s 13  - Receive B/sec - 239.

What the H!   BTW my computer is comp6.office.local

If you have WD Smartware installed it will look for updates.
