Why I can not upgrade my ex4 firmware to the new version

My cloud ex4 firmware version is 2.11.168 I want to upgrade to the new version is 2.12.127

But in the firmware update screen show me I can’t do it. it is gray. Why? what should I do?

Anyone can help?

Try to create an Array and then, try to upgrade again…

I try many times, but all fail. Now I can’t enter the main manual with the hard drives. I can enter without the hard drives, But very slow. What should I do next?
