Hello I know that maybe you answer this question a lot but is frustrating that always you pay for 750gb and I only have 695gb! Where? Where is that space and why a can’t use it?? :manmad: :cry:

Unless you have a Mac than runs OSX 10.6+ or another operating system that uses decimal numbers instead of binary numbers then you won’t see the full size. Windows won’t let you “see” the 750GB, so 695GB out of 750GB sounds correct.
This happens with ALL external and internal hard drives on Windows, no matter the brand.
