Where is my current backup file?

I want to verify my backups.  When I go to retrieve files and have the “show deleted files” checked, I’ll see all the files I’ve delete in all their folders.  The file names have a line through it. 

When I have “show delete files” UNchecked, no files show up not even the file that exists on my source drive.  Does that mean only the deleted file exists but the current existing file on my source drive is not backed up?  What am I not understanding…please? 

On my file history it is set to 1. 

I am on the current version: 2.4.6.

Hello,

Are you using the same computer that was the backup created from? If yes, close the WD Smartware and open that again.
