I have a My Passport for Mac S/N [Deleted] & P/N WDBABW0010BSL-02
When I mount it and enter password it will not bring up the icon to open the drive. Can you help? Thank you
irishmadhatter, what have you tried so far? Is your Portable Hard Disk Drive seen under Finder or Disk Utility? How about other computers? What version of Mac OS is currently running on your computer?
