When I connect my external disk it (My passport 1T) slows down my computer and all system.

There cloud be multiple reasons for the slow down of computer after connecting My Passport drive. It is recommended to connect the drive straight on the USB port of the computer and avoiding USB Hub. Please run diagnostics to check the health of the drive running WD drive utilities.
