As of yesterday it was working fine on my PC (windows 7). I have tried numerous USB ports, different devices yet nothing. The very small, white power light is on (My Passport). Not sure what else to do, hence the message on here in the hope someone may have come across a similar issue. Need to be able to get all the file off My Passport, but can’t open it.
