Hi, I have a 1Tb G-Drive that’s just over 2 years old, and has stopped communicating with my Macbook. I went back to the Apple shop I bought it from, they checked it and said it’s faulty but I may be possible to get it replaced under warranty. I’ve just spent about an hour trying to email the company to ask, I fill in the form but keep getting a message “unexpected error”. I can’t see what I’m doing wrong - I have completed many different ‘not a robot’ screens. Can someone please advise? Thanks.
