What was the worst support you ever had from WD? I just had it

Hi - I raised a ticked in Jan in L1 - was pushed to level 2 - and finally in April it was handed to someone who knew how to fix it as solutions had been on google sind Feb 2022…
Now again I raised an issue to WD who asked for next level to support who did not reply for 3 months on initial issue. Maybe someone from WD really takes this serious and would like to reach out to a reliable customer since 2007.
Or you dont care as I feel with your support since Jan and 50+hours of trying to research answers and trying myself …

Most consumer sales organizations like WD simply don’t care. Once they get your money up-front, they don’t want to know you.

There are exceptions - get a Synology!
