What is the user ID for Password unlock on WD Ultra Passport devices?

Hello folks,

we have a user here who can access her WD Passport drive on her old machine without issues. On her new machine however it is asking for a user ID and password. She knows the password but what is the user ID to login to the drive?

I’ve never heard of a User ID at all on WD Security. I would ask her for screenshots to see what she’s looking at.
