What differences are there between Smart Software and Backup and Restore tool in Windows 7?

Hi,

As long as some of you know that the backup and restore tool in Windows 7 makes a full data backup in the first time and then continues making an automatic backup for the new or changed data, What differences are there between Smart Software and Backup and Restore tool in Windows 7?

smartware is a continuous backup software that can tend to use a lot of resources.  windows backup is a manual backup software that runs either when you manually run it, or when you schedule it to run.

But as me and you know that Smart software doesn’t backup setup files(EXE files). However, Windows backup backs up any file without any exclusion. Besides, it couldn’t again back up any files which has been backed up even if the file had been opened again to be modified. However,  I noticed Smart backed up again any file  which has been backed up in case it has been opened to be modified.
