i mean can WD staff or mycloud website or mycloud home app staffs and developers have access to my data ? is it guaranteed ?
is there is anyway to secure and encrypt my data , any steps more than the password of my router ?
The data is stored locally and WD does not have access to the data. Internet connection is required for account authentication.
There is no option to encrypt the data. Password for your network should be set for network security. .
