I am Toanchodien a customer from VietNam - Ho Chi Minh City.
Today, I wanna share my problem from the Western Digital Warranty Centre in Ho Chi Minh City, Western Digital has been confirmed my RMA and I can receive my “stuffs” BUT the staff named “Nam Tang” doesn’t wanna give the warranty replacement disks to me, they hide all my warranty replacement disks and don’t let me received. Here is the proof:

This problem has been happened too long, so now i have to share it to you guys, I want to know if Western Digital Centre in your country are the same as me. Please share your opinion down below and lemme know about you guys thinking!
