Western Digital SSD Dashboard V. 2.3.3.0 does NOT open

Hi,

I can not open the Western Digital SSD Dashboard V. 2.3.3.0

It starts launching and suddenly it returns the following error window: “Failed to create OpenGL context for format QSurfaceFormat etc. etc.” I know this is created because the Dashboard does not detect the needed Graphics driver, but I have installed twice the latest Nvidia driver and on the Device Manager section for Graphics driver, it appears as working (and installed of course) correctly.

Same error with 2.5.0.0 and an old ATIX300 card

WOW 3 months later and two placed service calls and no response from WD
Glad I do not have a real problem
We are a reseller, I guess we will start paying the point for Samsung…
