Somehow my webUI is not working anymore. So i am not able to connect to the NAS via my browser anymore.
Is there a posibility to do a factory reset without the WebUI?

are you typing in jttp://mybooklive or actually entering the IP address? A lot of people have had issues with their router assigning a new DHCP IP address and the DNS not resolving the mybooklive url anymore.
