I use My Movies Collection Managment, it will retreive very high quality cover art (it will get the front & back cover) & you can usually chose from different version of a movie. If available, you can choose from Widescreen, Standard, BD, Extended Version, etc…  This is a good program to have to if you use Windows Media Center.
Another good program is Thumbgen, this is more for modded WDTV Live & Live+, but you can still get really good cover art.
If you just want a site to go to, you can go to Amazon, search for the movie the you want then save the cover art.
