Web GUI not fully loading

We are currently using the MyCloud Ex2 Ultra as our office’s file server.

However today it is locking up whenever we try to access one of the folders.

When I tried to login to the web UI, it only loads the Top Icon Bar and nothing below it. Also none of the drop down menus work either.
