WEB console password lost or changed remotely

I was able to login to my WDTVLIVE hub the other night with the same password I have been using since I bought the device over a year ago.  Is there any known vulnerabilities for the web application? Has anyone else ever run into the issue of not being able to sign in even though you know the password is correct?  There is an error also showing up on the app login page, is there any possibility this is the cause for the recent denied access?  Can someone explain to me what these errors mean?
