We need rsync 3.1.0 or higher to do incremental backups from Win machine

rsync 3.1.0 and higher have a --usermap and a --groupmap option that allows you to change Unknown UID/GID of files on Win hard drives to a value that will allow incremental backups on these files to function.

If you don’t map those unknown UID/GID’s, then rsync will always transfer the WHOLE file since no hard links will be created, incrementals are useless on those files!

How can we compile a better rsync for MyClouds?
