It would be great to have a Linux client that would allow read/write access to the WD Passport Wireless Pro. From WD’s standpoint, having a Linux client would get a big jump on competitors and would help sell more drives. From Raspberry Pi users’ standpoint, having a Linux client would enable any Raspberry Pi board with a Wi-Fi connection, including the new Raspberry Pi Zero W, to connect via file management commands or GUI.
