Hi. Im having problems with one of my 2 WDTV boxes purchased in November 2015. One is connected theough powerline adapters to the back of my bt hub 5 (this WDTV works fine) and the other is hard wired into the back of the hub. This one keeps losing the network share that i create from my cloud. I try not to involve my pc because its a heap of junk. Can you give me any advice please?

Are the units setup by DHCP or static ips?
I have just had a look and the one upstairs had a static ip and the one downstairs didnt. il change it and see if that helps. Thanks
