I tried upgrading my firmware to see if that would resolve the issue and unfortunately I am still experiencing this problem.
Previous firmware 1.03.49 Current firmware 1.05.04
Has anyone experience this type of issue with this product before?

I have the WD TV Live, since beginning it hasn’t always been responsive. I’ve had this product for about 3-4 years now. It doesn’t always connect to the network, it takes a few reboot for it to connect. It loses connection to McCloud and now it’s lagging long periods of time after I press a remote control function.
