I’ve been using my Live Plus for years but recently had an issue where the device works fine but can’t connect to anything through the netwwork. I’ve tried different cables and the router can’t detect the player. Another interesting item is the network light is solid green at all times, even when the network cable is not plugged in. Can anyone offer some insight? Is there anything I can do to fix it?
Have you tried resetting it?
