I bought when it first came out in 2008. It worked well but I did not use it often… Maybe few times a month
Last few times when I tried to use it, it wouldn’t load but I was too busy to check.
Today I decided to look into it.
As I switch to hdmi 2( where it is connected) it is not loading, says no signal. I tried loading while tv was on/device on the switching to hdmi 2, or turning tv on with hdmi being on. and any other day. It still say no data.
So, i turned both off, set tv to hdmi 2, then turned both on with usb drive in. As it starts loading into hdmi 2, lower part of tv starts to flicker (lower 1/5th or so) and tv restarts itself and then it repeats…
I tried different reseating cables/etc, even put blu-ray in hdmi 2, all works…
Device itself seems to power on fine, so I am out of ideas. It has firmware either v1.01 or v1.02 i did it year or so ago and used it fine since…
